Role Summary

Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts in delivering platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and operational support. Responsible for technical solution delivery, sprint execution, quality assurance, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Lead configuration and customization activities across ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, CSM and Custom Scoped Applications

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.





Support platform upgrades, defect management, and release activities (preferably if handled deployments via GIT using Source Control or using CI/CD Pipeline)

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.

Delivery Management

Manage sprint planning, estimations, and task allocation.

Ensure timely delivery of stories, defects, and enhancements.

Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Support UAT, deployment, and hyper care activities.

Team Leadership

Mentor developers and support team skill development.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technical coaching.

Drive adherence to Agile and DevOps practices.

Experience

8+ years overall IT experience.

5+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Mandatory Certifications: CSA and CAD

Experience in Custom Scoped Applications

Good to Have: Mainline CIS certifications
