Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with 1+ year of experience to generate new business opportunities and build solid relationships with clients in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, networking and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transportation services.
• Understand customer shipment requirements and suggest suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the operations team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Conduct client meetings and business visits when required.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations,



documentation and customs teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business-development targets.
• Monitor customer requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of logistics services.

Required Skills
• 1+ year experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping or Import & Export.
• Good knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance and International Logistics is preferred.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
