Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Salesperson role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will guide clients through the end-to-end property transaction process, from initial inquiry and property search to site visits,



negotiation, and closing. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, providing market insights, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and inventory. The role involves building long-term client relationships, delivering responsive customer service, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout each transaction. The salesperson will also contribute to sales targets, maintain CRM records, and represent Square Yards’ brand and values in all client interactions.
