Responsibilities
• Design and build AI/ML based solutions to solve complex business problems related to customer propensity, personalization, recommendation, risk and under-writing.
• Involved in the whole process of development - End to end algorithm development, implementation and testing of the solutions as per the requirements.
• Responsible for design related and algorithmic innovations.
• Work with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI-powered applications to solve real-world business problems.
• Explore and build Agentic AI use cases, including AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool/API usage, workflow orchestration and autonomous execution of business tasks.
• Conduct technology research and rapid prototyping across emerging areas in Machine Learning, Generative AI and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Work closely with product, business, engineering and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable data/AI solutions.
• Contribute to building reusable ML/AI components,



frameworks and best practices that enable deployment of solutions at scale.
• Continuously evaluate new algorithms, models, tools and techniques and contribute to capability building within the Data Science organization.

Qualifications –
• B.Tech or MS in Computer Science / Statistics / Applied Mathematics.
• Deep understanding of Statistical Analysis, Modeling and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Overall 6-10 years of experience in data science with exposure to fintech / digital lending industry. Experience in designing and deploying ML models and prediction pipelines.
• Good command over Python including machine learning libraries.
• Experience with SQL, Hive and pyspark.
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented and iterative environment.
