About the Role
Start your career at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our Bengaluru team as a Sustainability Business Trainee.
During the one-year training programme, you will work under the guidance of a Sustainability Business Specialist, gaining practical experience in identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, and selling technology-led sustainability solutions. This is a client-facing sales and business development role involving office-based work and client visits.

Key Responsibilities




• Research prospective clients and identify opportunities across commercial buildings, residential communities, hotels, industries, and institutions.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and client outreach.
• Support client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and subscription-based commercial offers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up consistently to help convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with project, product, and finance teams to address client requirements.
• Learn to communicate the value of water conservation, energy efficiency, automation, and measurable cost savings.
• Work towards agreed learning milestones and sales targets under supervision.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, technology, and sustainability.
