Qualification: CMA - Intermediate or M.Com - Cost Accounts or MBA - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Robust hands-on experience in Cost Accounting and Costing.
• Good experience in Cost Analysis and Cost Optimization.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Costing.
• Good knowledge of Material, Labour and Overhead Costing.
• Strong understanding of P&L; Analysis and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience in Cost Variance Analysis.
• Good knowledge of Cost Sheet Preparation and Product Costing.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting and preparation of costing MIS.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.




• Good understanding of cost drivers and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify cost-saving and cost optimization opportunities.
• Experience in preparing management reports and MIS.
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance indicators.
• Developing and implementing cost optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance and other cross-functional teams for effective cost management.
• Provide costing inputs for business decisions, pricing and profitability analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of costing-related reports and analysis.
