Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior Director, Software Engineering leads the Data Experience, Feeds, and Reporting Development team and combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to advance the commercial platform’s vision. This role is responsible for ensuring the creation of high-quality products and features from initial concept through final deployment. The Sr. Director is expected to drive innovation, adaptability, and readiness to respond to evolving team requirements,



while maintaining accountability for release deployments and post-deployment support.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (such as LLMs, Claude Code, and Codex.) to support everyday work.

Primary Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Collaborate with product, SRE and Client Services teams to drive the Business and technical roadmap.
• Accurately scope efforts, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs with team members and stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of assigned initiatives within an agile team setting.
• Deliver high-quality products and features, managing the process from idea to final delivery, including design, development, testing, and release deployment.
