About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and drive registrations for our National & International Medical Courses, Training Programmes, CME Programmes and Educational Events.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, medical institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Promote and sell National & International medical courses, training programmes, CME programmes and workshops.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other professional channels.
• Communicate course details, perks, fees, schedules and registration processes to prospective participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals and medical institutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/registration targets.
• Coordinate with the academic,



marketing and operations teams for smooth course registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales reports.
• Participate in promotional activities, conferences, exhibitions and medical events when required.
• Handle queries from both Indian and international participants professionally.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Course Sales / Healthcare or Education Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, email and online communication.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good English communication is required, especially for intern
