About Adnova

At Adnova, we're redefining how performance marketing and creative teams work. Our platform gives brands and agencies the full creative workflow in one place, from inspiration and competitive research to creative briefing, storage, and performance analysis.

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Partnerships Associate to find, sign, and grow the agencies and platforms that bring Adnova to more performance marketers. You'll own the partner lifecycle, from first outreach to onboarding and ongoing growth.

This role is critical to scaling Adnova's growth channels and turning partnerships into pipeline and revenue, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential partners, including performance marketing agencies, creative studios, ad-tech and SaaS platforms, and marketing communities.
• Own outreach from first contact to signed agreement, including pitching, discovery calls, and follow-ups.
• Onboard partners with product walkthroughs, pitch materials, and training.




• Manage existing partners through regular check-ins and joint planning to increase engagement and referrals.
• Work with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, webinars, and case studies.
• Work with Sales on partner-sourced leads and deals.
• Share partner feedback and integration requests with the Product team.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and keep the CRM up to date.

Qualifications

• About 1- 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management.
• Robust communication skills and the confidence to pitch to agency founders and marketing leaders.
• Self-driven, with the ability to build your own pipeline and manage multiple partner conversations at once.
• Analytical and organized, and comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Preferred: MBA Graduate
