About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Sourcing & Procurement with strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier development, recent part development, and procurement operations within the Oil & Gas / Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities• Analyze procurement costs and develop cost-reduction strategies.
• Drive purchasing decisions based on cost, market trends, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including pricing and terms of supply, service, and quality.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage global sourcing with focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new part development and sourcing strategies.




• Assess sourcing and supplier risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate sourcing procedures and recommend process improvements to senior management.
• Develop knowledge of key material markets, suppliers, and cost structures.
• Lead supplier quality management and audit activities.
• Apply project management concepts to sourcing planning and execution.

Key Skills & Competencies• 8+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably Oil & Gas.
