Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain CNC machines, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Identify and rectify machine faults to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and equipment servicing.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills• Experience in CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, electrical circuits, and control panels.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with CNC machines such as DMG MORI, Doosan, and Mori Seiki is an advantage.
