Role Description The Contract Specialist at Studycaller is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership contracts,



service-level agreements, and internal policy documents. The Contract Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, operations, and business teams to ensure contractual terms are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Day-to-day activities include negotiating contract terms, identifying risks, maintaining contract records, monitoring key dates and obligations, and supporting process improvements in contract lifecycle management. The role also involves creating standardized templates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies, and providing guidance on contractual matters to relevant teams.
