Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in SAP CRM technical development, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong ABAP skills and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SAP CRM technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP.
• Work on CRM Web UI, BSP, BOL/GENIL, and enhancement framework.
• Develop RICEFW objects and support integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance,



and prepare technical documentation.

Required Skills
• 8+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, CRM Web UI, BSP, and BOL/GENIL.
• Experience with RICEFW development and SAP CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Positive debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration or migration.
• Agile project experience and SAP CRM Technical certification are a plus.
