Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Sanganer. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions accurately, and following established procedures and scripts when needed.
The role also involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to troubleshoot problems, escalate complex cases, and ensure timely resolutions. The position requires consistent adherence to performance metrics, quality standards, and a professional, empathetic communication style.
