Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Manager – Commercial Leasing to take ownership of the entire leasing lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiations, deal closure, and post-closure onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial real estate, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently generate business and achieve revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, personal contacts, market research, and other proactive outreach initiatives.

• Lead Management: Manage and convert inbound marketing leads through timely follow-ups, requirement assessment, and consistent client engagement.
• Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, founders, business owners, and administrative heads seeking office spaces.
• End-to-End Deal Closure: Own the complete transaction lifecycle, including requirement gathering, property sourcing, proposals,



site visits, negotiations, documentation, and final closure.
• Field Operations: Conduct regular client meetings and property visits, ensuring suitable options are identified and presented effectively.
• Operator Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with coworking operators, managed office providers, landlords, and property owners to expand inventory and secure competitive commercial terms.
• Commercial Negotiations: Handle discussions around rentals, security deposits, lock-in periods, notice periods, and other leasing terms to facilitate successful transactions.
• Target & Revenue Ownership: Achieve individual sales targets, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor conversion rates, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
