Company Description Hair O Craft Hair Transplant Clinic is a leading provider of hair transplant and hair restoration services in Kerala, operating since 2006. The clinic is supported by a dedicated team of experienced doctors and hair specialists focused on delivering high-quality, personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and treatments.
• Maintain regular communication with existing patients regarding appointments and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and patient feedback.




• Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
