We are a leading Offset Printing and Packaging company specializing in [Monocartons, Labels, etc.]. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our marketing team.

Role: Techno-Commercial Marketing Executive - Offset Printing (Packaging Division)

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development for Offset Printing & Packaging jobs - Monocartons, Product Boxes, Labels, Brochures.
• Approach and acquire new Corporate Clients, Brands, and FMCG companies.
• Understand client's technical requirements (paper, GSM, lamination, foiling, embossing, UV, spot UV) and provide the best techno-commercial solution.
• Prepare quotations, costings, samples and presentations.
• Excellent follow-up, negotiation and closing of deals.




• Maintain solid long-term relationships with corporate customers and ensure repeat orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch team for timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have experience in Offset Printing / Packaging Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
• Good command over English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus).
• Pleasing personality with strong corporate client handling ability.
• Should be a good speaker who can confidently present to senior management of corporate clients.
• Technically sound in printing and packaging materials.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
