Job Purpose





The Advanced Engineer – Fluid Power Design & Integration is responsible for the design, integration, validation, and release of hydraulic systems and subsystems for Harvester and H&F; agricultural equipment platforms.

The role provides advanced technical expertise in hydraulic system design, component sizing and selection, hydraulic hose/tube routing, vehicle packaging, and system integration, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and achievement of performance, reliability, quality, cost, manufacturability, serviceability, and program timing objectives.

As part of the CNH ITC Fluid Power Engineering Team, the Advanced Engineer will work independently and collaborate with global engineering teams, system engineers, technical specialists, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support new product development, product enhancement, cost optimization, quality improvement, and platform standardization initiatives.
