Role
This role supports the PPI business in driving sales growth, managing client relationships,



and contributing to the development of new products and partnerships. This role also calls for deeper conversations with outsourced vendors and tech partners for implementation of products and offerings, reporting to the Business Head - PPI.
Objectives
• Build a robust sales funnel and convert leads into paying clients for prepaid instruments, FASTag and UPI payments.
• Lead the implementation of committed offerings and support the strategic development of payment solutions and partnerships.
• Maintain high levels of client service, satisfaction and retention across existing and new accounts.
• Contribute to product ideation by tracking fintech trends and market developments.
• Use AI-assisted tools to sharpen lead qualification, market research and sales-funnel tracking.
