About the Role
We are looking for an experienced lending professional to lead and scale the lending business, with ownership of growth, P&L;, portfolio quality, and operational excellence.
The role operates one level below the Business Head, with significant autonomy to drive day-to-day business while partnering with leadership on strategy, expansion, partnerships, and execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lending, P&L; management, portfolio analytics, and business scaling, with a hands-on approach to delivering sustainable growth in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Business & Growth: Own business targets, revenue, profitability, AUM, and portfolio growth; drive strategic initiatives across products, markets, and channels.
• Channel Development: Build and expand sourcing channels through DSAs, dealers, distributors, fintechs, and other strategic partners.
• OEM & Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage OEM tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and strategic alliances to create scalable business opportunities.
• End-to-End Lending:



Oversee sourcing, underwriting, sanction, disbursement, portfolio management, customer servicing, and collections.
• Collections & Portfolio Quality: Drive collections, delinquency management, recoveries, and portfolio quality while maintaining sustainable credit performance.
• P&L; & Financial Management: Own P&L;, revenue, costs, margins, credit costs, and profitability; leverage financial and portfolio analytics for business optimization.
• Leadership & Execution: Lead cross-functional teams across sales, credit, operations, and collections; drive performance, governance, and accountability.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership, lenders, OEMs, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
