We are looking for a Commercial Claims professional ( Property Claims) to manage end-to-end claims servicing for corporate clients across various commercial insurance lines. The role will involve coordinating with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors and internal teams to ensure timely and productive claims resolution while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end claims handling for commercial and corporate insurance policies.
• Review claim intimation, policy coverage, terms, conditions, exclusions and applicable deductibles.
• Coordinate with clients for timely submission of claim forms, supporting documents and other claim-related information.
• Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders for claim assessment and settlement.
• Monitor claims from intimation through assessment, approval and final settlement.




• Follow up with insurers and surveyors to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.
• Analyse policy coverage and identify potential coverage issues, exclusions and documentation gaps.
• Assist clients in understanding the claims process, documentation requirements and settlement status.
• Review survey reports and insurer communications and highlight discrepancies or concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate and facilitate claims settlement with insurers, wherever required, while keeping the client's interests in focus.
• Maintain accurate and updated claims MIS, trackers and dashboards, including ageing and pending claims.
• Identify delayed or complex claims and proactively escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide regular claims status updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all claims-related correspondence and activities.
