Position: Telecaller
Location: Gurugram, Sector 47
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students
• Explain courses and educational programs
• Understand student requirements and provide relevant information
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Handle queries and support the admission process
• Maintain accurate call and lead records

Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Confident and positive attitude
• Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Prior telesales/EdTech experience will be an advantage
