Role Overview:
• We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance professional with experience in US Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Servicing, Consumer Banking, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Quality Assurance to support enterprise compliance and risk management programs.

• This role provides an opportunity to leverage existing mortgage compliance expertise while expanding into broader areas such as Regulatory Change Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Issue Management, Privacy, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and AI-enabled compliance solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of US regulatory requirements, risk assessment methodologies, control environments, and compliance monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct vendor and third-party compliance reviews.
• Review due diligence documentation and identify potential compliance or privacy concerns.




• Assist in monitoring third-party regulatory and risk obligations.
• Prepare assessment summaries and recommendations.
• Monitor and track compliance issues, findings, regulatory observations, and corrective action plans.
• Review issue status updates, remediation timelines, and aging reports.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified compliance concerns.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assess applicability of new and changing regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance impact assessments and implementation activities.
• Maintain regulatory inventories, obligations, and compliance documentation.
