Experience10–15 years of progressive HR experience (K–12 school experience preferred)

Educational QualificationMBA / Master’s in HR or related discipline

Roles & Responsibilities• Lead recruitment and workforce planning for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity & POSH regulations
• Drive performance management systems and appraisal frameworks
• Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, and advantages administration
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
• Support audits, inspections, and board-related documentation
• Lead employee engagement and professional development initiatives

Eligibility:• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and education-sector HR practices
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
