Roles & Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Explain game rules and procedures clearly to players.
• Monitor gameplay to ensure fairness and safety
• Distribute game materials or tokens and manage prize inventory
• Report technical issues or malfunctions to maintenance staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally
• Promote ongoing events, games, or special offers.
