Role Description The General Manager – Finance & Account is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization. The role includes managing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow,



and ensuring accurate bookkeeping and reporting. The General Manager will establish and maintain robust internal controls, oversee statutory compliance and audits, and coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights. The individual will lead the finance and accounts team, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment of financial practices with company policies and long-term business objectives.
