Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity.
• Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery commitments.
• Drive Agile metrics and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Understand and contribute to Java-based application architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with developers on technical solutioning and sprint estimations.
• Review technical dependencies and delivery risks.
• Support engineering best practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and DevOps adoption.
• Assist teams in resolving technical challenges and delivery bottlenecks.
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
