Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Identify and connect with potential business owners, founders, managers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Research target companies and understand their business profile, requirements, and potential needs.
• Conduct initial conversations and qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
• Understand client pain points and present relevant products/services as business solutions.
• Conduct qualified sales pitches, presentations, discovery calls, and product/service discussions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with qualified prospects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
• Handle client objections professionally and develop effective responses to move prospects forward.
• Negotiate with prospects and work toward successful deal closures.




• Maintain and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, opportunity, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, pricing, onboarding, and successful client conversion.
• Build long-term professional relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation, meeting, conversion, and sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on lead activity, pipeline movement, conversions, and sales performance.
