Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving property sales and advisory engagements for HomeLens.



This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored real estate solutions across residential, luxury, investment, construction, interior, and land advisory offerings. The representative will conduct property site visits, coordinate with internal advisory and operations teams, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with clients, preparing proposals, and staying updated on local market trends and project developments. The role requires consistent field presence, professional client interactions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, data-informed advisory experience.
