Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic, client-focused Investment Counselor to drive personalized wealth advisory and portfolio allocation for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and affluent retail clients.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex financial products—including Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, and Protection solutions—into structured investment strategies tailored to client goals. You will work closely with Sales, research, product, and tech teams to deliver a modern, multi-asset distribution experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend and distribute a broad spectrum of wealth products, including Equities,



Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Corporate FDs, and Insurance.
• Evaluate client financial profiles, risk tolerance, and investment horizon to design customized, multi-asset portfolio strategies.
• Manage and scale an active book of affluent and HNI clients, providing regular portfolio reviews, market updates, and rebalancing recommendations.
• Translate in-house equity research, macroeconomic trends, and asset management perspectives into actionable advisory for clients.
• Adhere strictly to SEBI (Investment Advisers/Research Analysts) guidelines, IRDAI regulations, and internal risk policies.

Education & Certifications
• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Certifications: NISM Series X-A / X-B (Investment Adviser) certification is strongly preferred / mand
