• Supporting customer-facing engagements by delivering technical demonstrations and responding to in-depth questions
• Assisting customers during software evaluations, including guiding them through benchmarks and helping optimise outcomes
• Collaborating with internal teams on technical benchmarks and validation activities
• Contributing to outbound technical communication, such as training materials, documentation, or presentations
