Role Description The Technical Sales Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, working closely with the sales team to handle technical customer queries. The role involves accessing the CRM to prepare quotations in response to client queries received via email, and coordinating with the sales team to confirm pricing and delivery timelines. The Technical Sales Support Executive will prepare technical data sheets for conveyor belts and related products,



requiring the ability to interpret and communicate technical specifications accurately. The role also involves following up with clients directly to obtain missing or unclear technical specifications, maintaining accurate CRM records, and liaising with internal teams to ensure queries are processed and responded to promptly.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred; candidates with a strong technical or factory/manufacturing background will be prioritized.
• Prior knowledge of the conveyor belt industry, industrial equipment, or material handling systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical product specifications and data sheets confidently.
• CRM proficiency, or the ability to quickly learn CRM tools, to generate and track quotations.
