Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for our TOSTEM dealership. You will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients, building networks with architects, interior designers, and builders, and closing sales for high-end window and door systems.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Client Consulting:
Generate prospective clients (homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders)



at the TOSTEM Studio and guide them through our product display.
Understand customer requirements, conduct site surveys/measurements, and recommend optimal TOSTEM pre-engineered window and door configurations.
Prepare accurate quotations, bill of quantities (BOQ), and presentations for clients.
Architect & Influencer Network Building:
Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and PMC teams to get TOSTEM specified in ongoing projects.
Conduct regular field visits to design firms and active construction sites.
Lead Generation & funnel Management:
Proactively source leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and referral programs.
Track and manage all inquiries, proposals, and lead stages in the CRM database.
Project Execution & Coordination:
Coordinate between the client, internal technical team, and site installation team to ensure seamless measurement, order processing, and delivery.
