Role Description The Dental Office Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring efficient, patient-focused service. This position includes managing appointment scheduling, patient flow, and front desk activities,



as well as coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to align administrative processes with clinical needs. The Dental Office Manager handles billing coordination, record management, inventory monitoring, and compliance with clinic policies and quality standards. The role also involves supervising non-clinical staff, resolving patient inquiries, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting continuous improvements in practice operations and patient experience.
