Position: Lead Developer- AI-Native Product Development

Location: Hyderabad ( 8 PM to 5 AM IST)

PETADATA is looking for a Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-native, full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in software architecture, AI-assisted development, CRM/data integrations, and modern web technologies, with the ability to drive projects from concept to production.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development

• Design, develop, and deliver production-ready software products using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Take features from concept and prototype through production and continuous improvement.
• Use AI development tools to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering standards.
• Build effective prompting and agentic workflows to improve development productivity.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Own high-level system architecture, data models, service boundaries, and technical decisions.
• Review, test,



and improve both developer-written and AI-generated code.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development guardrails.
• Make technical decisions independently and guide other developers.
• Mentor developers on software engineering fundamentals and AI-native development workflows.

Full-Stack Development & Integrations

• Work across the frontend, backend, APIs, data processing, and integrations.
• Develop applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop integrations with CRM and data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
• Implement APIs, authentication, data mapping, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
