Role Overview
Teceze is looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter specializing in sourcing and recruiting Field IT Support Engineers across the United States.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, shortlisting, and closing qualified IT infrastructure professionals for onsite, field support, smart hands, data center, network support, and desktop support requirements.
This is a highly target-driven recruitment position requiring robust sourcing capabilities, knowledge of US IT recruitment, and the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Source qualified Field IT Support Engineers across the United States using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit candidates for Full-Time, Contract, Dispatch, On-Demand,



and Project-based Field IT Support roles.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates matching the required technology, location, experience, and availability.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
• Technical experience
• Communication skills
• Location and travel availability
• Shift availability
• Compensation/rate expectations
• Notice period and joining availability
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline across major US cities and states.
• Build and maintain a database of readily available Field Engineers for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruitment teams, technical teams, and service delivery teams.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until interview completion, offer acceptance, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimize candidate dropouts.
