• To share relevant formats, templates, and planning documents such as event flow charts, guest list formats, and other client-facing planning tools.
• To identify and share suitable invitation, stationery, and related agency options based on client preferences and project requirements.
• Arrange and schedule process briefing meeting of client with the respective departments such as entertainment, decor, and design department.
