About The Role

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy communications professional to help ETASHA strengthen its digital presence, storytelling and audience engagement. This is more than a content creation role. You will bring ideas, create content, explore smarter digital marketing opportunities and help turn ETASHA’s work and impact into communication that people notice, understand and engage with.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Communications & Audience Engagement




• Contribute to the planning and execution of ETASHA’s digital communications strategy across social media, website, email and other relevant digital platforms.
• Identify new and effective ways to increase ETASHA’s digital reach, visibility and audience engagement.
• Develop platform specific communication and explore opportunities to use digital platforms more strategically for organisational visibility, fundraising, partnerships, campaigns and advocacy.
• Track emerging digital communication trends, formats, tools and audience behaviours and identify what may be relevant for ETASHA.
• Content Development & Storytelling
• Develop content that communicates ETASHA’s work, impact and stories in a clear, compelling manner.
• Write and edit social media content, website copy, campaign messaging, newsletters, program stories, and other communication material.
