SR Asia works in sustainability and ESG advisory, including BRSR reporting, Social Impact Assessment (SIA), CSR, impact assessment and capacity building across India and Asia. Our projects depend on having the right experts, auditors and field teams in place at the right time. We are looking for a senior HR professional who can make that happen.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role goes beyond traditional HR. You will lead talent acquisition, build and manage our expert and surveyor pools, handle empanelment and certification compliance, and build partnerships with universities, institutes and industry bodies. The role needs someone who delivers on time, every time, and understands how a consulting and assessment organisation works.

ELIGIBILITY (MANDATORY)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- The candidate MUST come from a related industry, such as:
– Sustainability / ESG / CSR consulting




– Third-party assessment, audit, inspection or certification organisations
– Social Impact Assessment, environmental or energy audit consulting
– Development sector / research / advisory firms
- Applications without related-industry experience will not be considered

CORE EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Talent acquisition and hunting: proven ability to source and close niche technical and expert profiles, such as ESG/BRSR consultants, SIA specialists, auditors, GIS experts and field surveyors
- Networking and liaison: strong relationships with experts, universities and institutes for empanelment, partnerships and MoUs
- Timely execution: hardcore experience completing assignments on time, especially hiring within committed timelines
- Outreach: confident engagement with candidates, experts, institutions, clients and industry bodies
