Help us build the next chapter of healthcare in India

We’re building a company with the ambition to transform healthcare in India. With a growing team and an exciting phase of growth ahead, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder and help turn big ideas into meaningful outcomes.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership, a steep learning curve, and room to experiment. You’ll help shape priorities, solve problems across the business, and take important initiatives from an early idea through to execution.

What you’ll do

• Own high-priority projects. Lead initiatives across growth, operations, strategy, and customer experience, bringing in the right people and following through on results.
• Work closely with the founder. Research opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and turn complex questions into clear recommendations.
• Help the team execute. Translate priorities into plans with clear owners, milestones, and measures of success. Identify blockers and help resolve them.
• Run experiments. Test ideas, learn from customers and data,

and help decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
• Build for growth. Create practical processes that help a growing team work better and move faster.
• Stay close to the problem. Develop a deep understanding of the people we serve and use those insights to inform decisions.

Who you are

• You take ownership and follow through, even when the path isn’t clearly defined.
• You can break down an ambiguous problem, ask valuable questions, and figure out a practical next step.
• You’re comfortable working with numbers and communicating your thinking clearly.
• You build trust and work well across teams, including when you need to influence without formal authority.
• You’re willing to move between strategic thinking and detailed, hands-on work.
• You’re curious, resourceful, and willing to change your mind when the evidence does.
• You care about improving healthcare in India.
