Article Trainee – Startups, AI & Modern Finance

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy CA Article Trainee who wants exposure beyond routine compliance and is interested in learning how modern finance works in startups and technology companies.
The role will involve working closely with the partners and team on audit, taxation, startup finance, MIS, fundraising processes and AI-enabled accounting workflows.




This role is ideal for candidates who want to build careers in startup finance, consulting, investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

Startup Finance & Advisory
* Working with AI, SaaS and high-growth startups on finance operations and compliance
* Preparing MIS reports, financial dashboards and business performance analysis
* Assisting in fundraising support, financial modelling and investor documentation
* Supporting founders with finance structuring and reporting

Audit & Assurance
* Assisting in statutory audits and tax audits
* Preparing audit documentation and financial reporting schedules
* Exposure to internal controls, RCMs and process reviews

Taxation & Compliance
* Supporting direct taxation reviews and advisory assignments
* Handling GST compliance including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
* Working on tax filings, reconciliations and litigation support

Technology Driven Finance
* Working with AI-enabled accounting tools and automation workflows
* Exposur
