Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Professional to manage the day-to-day HR function at We Connect. The role will cover recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, policies, employee engagement and general HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and building structured HR processes within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, creative, event and operational roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding,



joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment records and HR files.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave and employee records.
• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees understand company policies, processes and workplace expectations.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Maintain HR trackers and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate background verification and other pre-employment processes.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation remain compliant with applicable employment regulations.
