Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a local sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance,



and ensure achievement of business objectives for general insurance products. Responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the distribution network in the region. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating with channel partners and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to local marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
