Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Growth Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, creating and maintaining customer relationships through CRM tools, planning and executing events, driving sales,



and developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, engaging with clients, and contributing to overall business development efforts.
Qualifications

• Robust skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Experience with Event Planning and effective execution of initiatives
• Proficiency in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric mindset
• Analytical skills to assess business opportunities and market trends
• Prior experience in the insurance or immigration sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
