We're Hiring: Health Psychologist (First Consultation & Behavioral Expert)

We’re looking for a Weight Loss Psychologist who is not only passionate about behaviour change and mental wellness—but also deeply skilled at guiding recent prospects through their first interaction with our program.

This is a role that combines psychology, behavioural assessment, and first-consultation sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for people exploring our program, helping them understand their own challenges, educating them on how our approach works, and supporting them through enrollment.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll conduct in-depth first consultations with new prospects—understanding their lifestyle, health history, behavioural patterns, work/stress environment, and weight-loss challenges. You’ll also explain our program structure, what makes us different, and pricing options.
Your goal is to (1) help prospects feel heard and understood and (2) guide interested individuals smoothly toward enrolling and onboarding.
Alongside this,



you’ll collaborate with our care team to shape personalised treatment plans, contribute to program development, and support sustainable behavioural and psychological change in patients who join.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities (Prospect Consultation & Enrolment)
• Conduct structured first consultations to evaluate prospects’ lifestyle, medical background, mindset, and weight-loss challenges
• Explain our program in detail, including methodology, behavioural science approach, differentiation, timelines, and pricing
• Build trust and rapport to help prospects make confident, informed decisions
• Follow up with interested individuals via calls or messages until they enrol
• Maintain high-quality documentation of prospect interactions and progress through the evaluation process
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the consultation and onboarding experience
