Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize Polarion ALM solutions
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Manage installations, upgrades, and user administration
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications
• Design scalable ALM architectures and best practices

Preferred: Experience with Teamcenter PLM, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale implementations.
