Job Purpose
The Paid Social Senior Specialist will work closely with the Manager - Paid Social and brand marketing teams to develop and execute paid social campaigns that support key business and marketing objectives.
The role includes:
• Campaign planning and execution
• Budget management and pacing
• Campaign optimization
• Performance reporting and analysis
• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms

Desired ProfileEducational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,



Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Equivalent skilled qualifications will also be considered.

Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms.
• Experience with campaign optimization and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of third-party bid management tools.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
