We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to identify IT project and placement opportunities, develop relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and recruiting partners, and coordinate consultant placements based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Market and share consultant profiles with U.S. staffing vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Identify suitable job/project opportunities based on consultant skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Handle resume submissions, maintain submission records, and follow up with vendors regarding candidate status.
• Coordinate interviews, interview schedules, feedback, and next steps between consultants and vendors.
• Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, availability, skills, and placement status.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors and recruiting contacts to generate placement and business opportunities.
• Coordinate rate discussions and other placement-related requirements with vendors.




• Track daily submissions, interviews, responses, and successful placements.
• Prepare regular activity reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment/HR teams to obtain required consultant information and documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all active submissions and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, IT staffing, recruitment, placement coordination, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the U.S. IT staffing and recruitment market.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants, vendors, and opportunities simultaneously.
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and industry practices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitud
