?️ About the Role
As Product Lead – AI Research & Innovation at XLSCOUT (Mohali Campus), you'll own the vision, strategy, and delivery of our AI-powered IP products. You'll lead research-driven initiatives with R&D;, guide a team of product and research associates, and work with engineering, marketing, and sales to build industry-leading solutions for licensing, infringement analysis, SEP monitoring, and patent landscaping.





Your Responsibilities
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Research & Innovation initiatives, in line with business goals.
• Lead key projects with R&D; from ideation through research, design, and launch.
• Build and drive research programs that apply the latest developments in AI and IP to improve existing products and explore new opportunities.
• Lead brainstorming and design of cutting-edge, automated solutions for licensing and infringement analysis, SEP monitoring, and patent taxonomy/categorization for landscape analysis.
• Set project goals, priorities, and success metrics with the Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.
• Lead competitor and market analysis to keep XLSCOUT ahead in functionality and positioning.
• Prepare and present detailed roadmaps for new product features to internal stakeholders and leadership.
