CHAT PROCESS

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience
• BFSI experience preferred
• Solid written communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently over chat

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through chat .
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality
• Follow defined processes, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

? Working: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts
? Week Off: Rotational
? Cab Facility: Available within the hiring zone
? Education: Graduation is mandatory
